The Citizens Process
  • Log onto the Town/City web site where there is an E-Reg link
  • Citizen automatically links to IDC Secure Server where E-Reg and Data reside
  • Request Access to the Registration with:
    • Plate Number
    • Plate Type
    • Primary Owner Date of Birth
    • Last four digits of the VIN
